Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 bowls boiled rice


  • 100 gms chana daal


  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp tomatoes pieces


  • 7-8 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 3/4 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions

  • Socked the chana dal for 4/5 hours.
  • Then boiled it with salt and turmeric powder
  • Take a pan add oil and chana dal,cumin powder,green chilli , tomato pieces and salute it.
  • After 10/12 minutes it's complete ,then switch off the oven.
  • Now smash the rice until smooth it.
  • Add 1 pinch salt and garom masala.
  • Now shape it with like a semi circle and fill it with chana dal paste and cover it and shape it round ball for frying.
  • Now the ball keep on the poppy seeds,cover it well.
  • Now deeply fry it.
  • Now time for serving .thank you.
