unibic cashew cookies 150 gms
Hung Curd 2 cups
Whipped Cream 2 cups
Jelly PAcket 1 nos
Cherries for garnishing 5 nos
Butter 8 tbsp
Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
Add butter in unibic cashew cookies n finely grind it.
Make unibic cashews cookies layered in bake tin and refrigerate for 4hours.
Now take mixing bowl add hung curd, whipped cream, sugar n blend it for minute. Make 2nd layer on unibic layered and refrigerate for 8hours.
Take 150ml water bring to boil and add jelly sachets in it, stir till powder dissolve. Cool down but keep stirring.
Pour jelly on 2nd layered n refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Garnish cherries on it.
Unibic dessert cake is ready to eat.
