  • 20 nos unibic buiscuit broken in to pieces

  • 3/4 cups bournvita

  • 3/4 cups fresh cream

  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cups milk powder

  • 1/2 cups soft butter


  • Combine the bournvita and fresh cream in a deep bowl and mix well.if chocolate cream mixture drops from the spoon instantly,then refrigerate it for 10 min.
  • Combine 3/4 cup of water,sugar ,coffee , milk powder,and butter in a nonstick pan ,mix well and bring to boil and cook on a medium flame for 2 min.while stirring continuosly.
  • Reduce the flame and cook on a slow flame for 2 min.keep aside to cool slightly.
  • Place the buiscuit in a deep bowl pour the warm chocolate mixture gradually over it and mix well using a spatula till the chocolate mixture in it and spread it evenly using a spatula .
  • Place a cake tin mould .pour the buiscuit chocolate mixture in it and spread it evenly using a spatula .
  • Pour the chocolate cream mixture over it and spread it evenly using the spatula and cover the cake with the whipped cream .
  • Loosen the sides of the tin with a knife and demould the cake .
  • Refrigerate for atleast 2 hour.
  • Buiscuit cake is ready.
