Heat up oil in a pan.Add onions and tomatoes.Saute to mashup, add a pinch of salt.Now add ginger garlic paste, saute to cook.Add the veggies, saute for a minute .At this stage bring in garam masala , pepper powder , soya sauce and tomato sauce.Add required salt.Mix well .Now bring in the chapati strips.Mix them such that you don't break the strips.Keep mixing for a minute and leave it in slow flame for a minute.This is to make chapthi strips get soaked in the added flavours.Serve hot .Can also be served with ritha or plain curd .
