Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5 nos chapati( cut to strips )


  • 2 nos onion(sliced)


  • 1 nos tomato(sliced)


  • 1 nos capsicum(sliced)


  • 1/2 cups carrot(sticks)


  • 1/2 cups cabbage strips(optional)


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp soya sauce


  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt ( refer note )

Directions

  • A perfect leftover receipe .Kids will luv this for sure.Healthy with veggies and can be given in tiffin box. This has Minor preparation and is absolutely yummy in taste.
  • Heat up oil in a pan.Add onions and tomatoes.Saute to mashup, add a pinch of salt.Now add ginger garlic paste, saute to cook.Add the veggies, saute for a minute .At this stage bring in garam masala , pepper powder , soya sauce and tomato sauce.Add required salt.Mix well .Now bring in the chapati strips.Mix them such that you don't break the strips.Keep mixing for a minute and leave it in slow flame for a minute.This is to make chapthi strips get soaked in the added flavours.Serve hot .Can also be served with ritha or plain curd .
  • Note : The recipe won't require more salt .Add only 2-3 pinch.This is because chapthi has salt in it.The salt we add is only for the masal we prepare.So add salt according to the masala .
