  • Chapati( cut to strips ) 5 nos

  • Onion(sliced) 2 nos

  • Tomato(sliced) 1 nos

  • Capsicum(sliced) 1 nos

  • Carrot(sticks) 1/2 cups

  • Cabbage strips(optional) 1/2 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Tomato Sauce 3 tbsp

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • Salt ( refer note ) 1/2 tsp

    A perfect leftover receipe .Kids will luv this for sure.Healthy with veggies and can be given in tiffin box. This has Minor preparation and is absolutely yummy in taste.

    Heat up oil in a pan.Add onions and tomatoes.Saute to mashup, add a pinch of salt.Now add ginger garlic paste, saute to cook.Add the veggies, saute for a minute .At this stage bring in garam masala , pepper powder , soya sauce and tomato sauce.Add required salt.Mix well .Now bring in the chapati strips.Mix them such that you don't break the strips.Keep mixing for a minute and leave it in slow flame for a minute.This is to make chapthi strips get soaked in the added flavours.Serve hot .Can also be served with ritha or plain curd .

    Note : The recipe won't require more salt .Add only 2-3 pinch.This is because chapthi has salt in it.The salt we add is only for the masal we prepare.So add salt according to the masala .
