Cocoa Powder 1 cups
Icing Sugar 1 cups
Milk Powder 1/2 cups
Unsalted Butter 80 gms
Water 230 ml
unibic multi grain cookies ( crushed ) 7-8 piece
In a bowl add cocoa powder, icing sugar, milk powder mix and sieve well.
Now put a pan on low flame add butter and melt it.
Now add mixed powder.
Mix well and make smooth chocolate stir constantly.
Off the flame.
fill ¼ of the mould with chocolate then sprinkle some crushed biscuit.
Again pour chocolate on it and cover it.
Keep it freezer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes demould the chocolate and enjoy it.
