Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Boiled egg 3 nos

  • Potato ,cut into cubes 2 nos

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Onion,sliced 1 nos

  • Garlic ,sliced 1 tsp

  • Ginger,sliced 1 tbsp

  • Slit Green Chilly 5 nos

  • Tomato,sliced 1 nos

  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp

  • Crushed Pepper 1 tsp

  • Crushed Fennel 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Thin Coconut Milk 300 ml

  • Thick Coconut Milk 1/2 cups

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Sliced Shallots 5 nos

  • Curry Leaves 2 sprig

  • Whole Red Chilly 2 nos

  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Heat 3 tbsp Oil in a pan. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger , green chilly till brown.

    Sauté Coriander, Fennel, Pepper, Turmeric, Garam Masala In It. Add Tomato And Sauté Well.

    Add Salt , Thin Coconut Milk. When It Starts Boiling Add Potato , Cover And Cook Till Potatoes Are Soft.

    Add Thick Coconut Milk , Along With Boiled Egg. Remove Curry From Fire.

    Heat Another Pan In Fire, Add Oil And Crackle Mustard Seeds. Sauté Shallots In It Till Brown.

    Add Curry Leaves, Whole Chilly & Red Chilly Powder.

  • 07

    Remove From Fire And Pour Over Egg Curry. Serve With Chapathi
