Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos boiled egg


  • 2 nos potato ,cut into cubes


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos onion,sliced


  • 1 tsp garlic ,sliced


  • 1 tbsp ginger,sliced


  • 5 nos slit green chilly


  • 1 nos tomato,sliced


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp crushed pepper


  • 1 tsp crushed fennel


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 300 ml thin coconut milk


  • 1/2 cups thick coconut milk


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 5 nos sliced shallots


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 nos whole red chilly


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

Directions

  • Heat 3 tbsp Oil in a pan. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger , green chilly till brown.
  • Sauté Coriander, Fennel, Pepper, Turmeric, Garam Masala In It. Add Tomato And Sauté Well.
  • Add Salt , Thin Coconut Milk. When It Starts Boiling Add Potato , Cover And Cook Till Potatoes Are Soft.
  • Add Thick Coconut Milk , Along With Boiled Egg. Remove Curry From Fire.
  • Heat Another Pan In Fire, Add Oil And Crackle Mustard Seeds. Sauté Shallots In It Till Brown.
  • Add Curry Leaves, Whole Chilly & Red Chilly Powder.
  • Remove From Fire And Pour Over Egg Curry. Serve With Chapathi
