Heat 3 tbsp Oil in a pan. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger , green chilly till brown.
Sauté Coriander, Fennel, Pepper, Turmeric, Garam Masala In It. Add Tomato And Sauté Well.
Add Salt , Thin Coconut Milk. When It Starts Boiling Add Potato , Cover And Cook Till Potatoes Are Soft.
Add Thick Coconut Milk , Along With Boiled Egg. Remove Curry From Fire.
Heat Another Pan In Fire, Add Oil And Crackle Mustard Seeds. Sauté Shallots In It Till Brown.
Add Curry Leaves, Whole Chilly & Red Chilly Powder.
Remove From Fire And Pour Over Egg Curry. Serve With Chapathi
