Ingredients

  • Urdu dal 1 cups

  • oil 2 cups

  • Shallots,chopped 1 tbsp

  • Ginger,chopped 1 tsp

  • Green Chilly Chopped 1 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 2 cups

Directions

    Soak urdu dal in water for 20 minutes. Grind it in a blender using little water.

    Mix Shallots, Ginger, Green Chilly, Salt, Curry Leaves To The Grind Mixture.

    Heat Oil In A Pan. Shape The Mixture Into Balls.

  • 04

    Make A Whole In The Middle And Fry In Oil Till Crispy. Serve With Coconut Chutney.
