Coconut Oil 3 tbsp
Onion,Chopped 5 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Coconut Milk 1 cups
Directions
Heat coconut oil , sauté onions till brown. Add chilly powder, salt and sauté well. Add curry leaves , coconut milk and simmer. Add boiled eggs and serve.
