Ingredients

  • Crabs 9 nos

  • Shallots,sliced 2 cups

  • Coconut Oil 4 tbsp

  • Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp

  • Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp

  • garlic 10 nos

  • Ginger Piece 1 inch

  • Crushed Paneer 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 2 sprig

  • Kudampuly(pot tamarind) 3 nos

  • Coconut slices 1/2 cups

Directions

    Roast coriander & fennel keep aside. Soak Kudampuly in water. Grind ginger , garlic with roasted coriander & fennel. Heat coconut oil in a pan, sauté shallots till pale brown. Add coconut slices & sauté. Add grind paste and sauté well. Add pepper, turmeric and red chilly. Sauté well. Add crab, Kudampuly with water, salt, Curry leaves. Stir well , cover and cook till gravy coats in crab. Serve with boiled rice.

    Heat Coconut Oil In A Pan, Sauté Shallots Till Pale Brown. Add Coconut Slices & Sauté.

    Add Grind Paste And Sauté Well. Add Pepper, Turmeric And Red Chilly. Sauté Well.

    Add Crab, Kudampuly With Water, Salt, Curry Leaves. Stir Well , Cover And Cook Till Gravy Coats In Crab.

    Serve With Boiled Rice.
