Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/3 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups melted butter


  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips


  • 1/2 cups white chocolate chips


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 2 tsp decorating colored balls


  • 10-12 nos lollipop sticks


  • 2 - 3 nos cookie cutter of any shape


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees C
  • Butter brush a baking pan and dust some all purpose flour in it
  • In a mixing bowl mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder,beaten egg, melted butter and essence . Make sure no lumps form.
  • Pour the cake batter in the baking pan and bake it for 6-7 minutes in the microwave oven
  • Check with a tooth pick if it’s completely done
  • After the cake is done, let it cool in a rack
  • Cut the cake diagonal wise and then cut them with a cookie cutter for different shapes
  • Now in a bowl melt both the white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips separately
  • Dip the lollipop sticks end a little in the melted chocolates
  • Place the lollipop sticks in the cut pieces of cakes and coat them with the melted chocolate chips dips one after another
  • Sprinkle some decorating balls over it and let it cool in fridge
  • Serve them after the coated chocolates get dry.
