Melt the unsalted butter and mix it well with the crushed or powdered unibic cookies
Spread it as the base of mousse in the serving glasses.
Press gently with the back of a spoon and chill for one hour.
Meanwhile in a blender, add the mangoes, custard and honey and blend until smooth.
Now add and fold in the whipped cream until smooth and mixed evenly.
Pour it over the biscuit base of each serving glass equally.
Chill the mousse to set, at least for 2 hours.
Garnish the mango mousse with chocolate syrup or chopped dry fruits or any fruit preserve and enjoy endlessly.
