Mix maida , anjeer puree ,cream together.
Add baking powder , pineapple essence , salt , baking soda to it ,whisk it properly .
Grease one baking tin with ghee and then pour the whole mix in it .
Bake this mix in preheated oven at 160 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
After 30 mins take it out and check with knife .
Decorate the cake with grated almond all over it .
