In a mixing bowl mix beaten eggs, milk ,oil , and essence
Beat well till frothy
Sift wheat flour , baking powder and powder sugar at least 2 to 3 times to develop aeration
Now add both dry amd wet materials in to a homogeneous batter
Grease a mould with some oil and dust it with dry flour
Transfer ready batter in to greased mould
Sprinkle tutty fruit on top
Bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees
