Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 3/4 cups powder sugar


  • 2 tsp vanilla esence


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 nos beaten eggs


  • 1 tbsp tutty fruity


  • 3/4 cups oil

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl mix beaten eggs, milk ,oil , and essence
  • Beat well till frothy
  • Sift wheat flour , baking powder and powder sugar at least 2 to 3 times to develop aeration
  • Now add both dry amd wet materials in to a homogeneous batter
  • Grease a mould with some oil and dust it with dry flour
  • Transfer ready batter in to greased mould
  • Sprinkle tutty fruit on top
  • Bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees
  • Healthy delicious whole wheat flour tutty fruity cake is ready to serve and relish
