  • 250 gms paneer

  • 1/2 cups yougurt

  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts

  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

  • 1 tbsp watermelon seeds

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

  • 1 sprig some chopped fresh coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 4-5 nos black pepper powder

  • 1 nos bay leaf

  • 3 nos green cardamom

  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • In a bowl take poppy seeds, watermelon seeds,and cashews nuts add littile water and soak atleast 1/2hour.
  • now take a kadhai add chopped onion and 1 cup water and cook it in high flame just 2 minutes after 2 minutes add garlic and chopped ginger now cook it another 3 minutes.
  • now switch off the flame and cool it.
  • now take a mixer jar add boiled onion, garlic and ginger and soaked poopy seeds,watermelon seeds, cashew nuts and make a smooth paste.
  • now take a nonstick pan and heat this this pan properly then add cumin seeds and bay leaf, green cardamom,and black pepper roast this ingridients.
  • then add freshly made Masalapaste and continusly stir it then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and kitchen king masala mix it and cook it 2 minutes in a medium flame.
  • Now add yougurt mix again then add 1/2cup water and allow it comes a boil after comes boil then add paneer pieces and salt jently mix it and cover the lid cook it in 4_5minute in a medium flame after 5 minutes add chopped coriander leaves.
  • switch off the flame serve it.
