Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 3/4Cup sugar


  • 1/4Cup lukewarm milk


  • 1/2cup curd


  • 1/4Cup melted butter


  • 1 tsp Rose essence


  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 1 tbsp Chopped pista


  • 1/4 cup fresh rose petals

Directions

  • In a bowl sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • in another bowl mix sugar with lukewarm milk
  • And add curd, butter and rose essence to sugar mixture.
  • Now mix liquid mixture with dry flour mixture .
  • Add tutti fruity and chopped pistachio.
  • Preheat the oven for5 minutes
  • Grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle some flour. Tap out excess flour.
  • Pour the cake better into tin and bake it at180℃ for 40 minutes.
  • After completely baked let be cool down it.
  • Demold the cake and garnish with some chopped pistachio and fresh rose petals.
  • Rose pistachio Tutti fruity cake is now ready.
