Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida 1 cups

  • Sugar Powder 3/4 cups

  • Butter 1/2 cups

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tbsp

  • Balking Powder 1 tbsp

  • Warm Milk 1 cups

  • Vanilla Esssence 1 tbsp

  • Whipped Cream 1 bowls

  • Jam Packets 2 nos

  • Fruit Jam 1/2 tbsp

  • Yellow Color 3 drop

Directions

    Steive maida, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

    In another bowl add sugar, butter and blend it till it fluffy.

    Add vanilla essence and blend again

    Add dry ingredients into it and mix well.

    Add warm milk and make a smooth batter.

    Put this mixture in greesed pan.

    Put in microwave for 4 minutes.

    When cool down demould it.

    Cut from middle (round shape). Spread whipped cream on halt cut cake.

    Put second half on it and spread whipped cream.

    Smooth the cream with spachula. Mix jam well and put in pipeping bag and spread in middle of cake.

    Add yellow color in half katori whipped cream and pit in pipeping bag and make a flower in middle.

    Now put jam one by one on cake.

    Served yummy, tasty cake
