Sieve flour, cocoa powder,and salt.
Preheat oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes.grease pan with oil and line with butter paper.
Mix coffee powder with warm water in a bowl.
Mix sugar and oil in another bowl.
Whisk curd and add lemon juice and baking soda and stirr.Add vanilla essence also.
Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and whisk until creamy and pour the batter into the tin and keep it ready.
preheat oven for 10 minutes .Then bake the cake for 50 minutes .
Allow the cake cool for 10 minutes
Now the chocolate cake is ready.
Chop dark chocolate in a bowl.
Boil cream in a pan and pour over chocolate and stirr welluntill dissolves.
After cooling the truffle is ready.
Cut the cake into three layers.
Take one layer on a cakeboard and brush with sugar syrup.Apply the Truffle.
Repeat the process with the remaining layers.
Finally finish the top and sides with truffle.
Melt some truffle and pour over the cake
Melt a cup of white chocolate
With the help of a piping bag draw circles over thecake and using a toothpick draw designs over it.
Keep the cake in refrigerator for set.
After 15 minutes we can enjoy the tasty chocolate truffle cake.
