All Purpose Flour 1 1/4 cups
Curd 1/2 cups
Milk 1/4 cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cups
Orange Zest 1 tbsp
Orange Slices 8-10 nos
Whipped Cream 2 cups
Oil 1/4 cups
In a bowl mix all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda.
In another bowl mix sugar, milk ,curd and oil.
Add orange zest.
Now mix dry mixture with liquid mixture.
Greas a baking tin. Sprinkle some flour and tap out excess flour.
Pour the cake better into tin.
Bake the cake in oven for 30 minutes at 180℃.
After completely baked let be cool it and demould it.
Apply whipped cream on top and fresh orange slices.
