  • 250 gms red velvet cake :red velvet mix


  • 100 ml water


  • 50 ml olive oil


  • 100 gms unibic choco ripple cookies


  • 150 gms cream cheese frosting:cream cheese


  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract


  • 40 gms icing sugar


  • 120 ml whipped cream

Directions

  • Add water ,olive oil,Red Velvet cake mix to a Bowl and mix at Slow Speed for 2 minutes.
  • Scrape The Sides And Centre Of Bowl To Facilitate Even Mixing.
  • Mix Further At Medium Speed For 2 Minutes.
  • Add Crushed Unibic Chocolate Ripple Cookies.
  • Pour The Batter In Paper Cups
  • Bake At 170 Degree For 30-35 Minutes.
  • Cool The Cup Cakes On A Wire Rack.Lets Cool Completely Before Frosting.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting: In The Bowl Beat The Cream Cheese Untill Smooth
  • Add Vanilla Extract.
  • Add Icing Sugar And Beat Untill Smooth.
  • Add Whipped Cream And Whipped Until The Frosting Is Thick Enough To Pipe.
  • Decorate With Unibic Chocolate Ripple Cookies.
