  • 300 gms slat (for cooker base)

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 cups dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios, tutti fruity, chocolate chips)

Directions

  • 1 cup all purpose flour, Baking Powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup powder sugar and 1/2 cup vanilla custard powder(optional). Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • Now in another bowl mix well 2 egg, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of melted butter or vegetable oil.
  • Now mix both the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together.
  • Now put a cooker in medium flame and pour 300 grms of salt in the bottom of it. Remove the whistle and the rubber of the lid.
  • Grease a baking tin with butter and place a butter paper in it. I have cut the butter paper as per the shape of the tin button. Sprinkle some flour over it for the easy take out after its done.
  • Spread the chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios, tutti fruity, chocolate chips) over the cake batter.
  • Now pour the cake batter in your ready tin. Place it in the cooker and close the lid without the whistle. Let it bake over your gas stove for 25 – 30 minutes. Off the flame and let it cool. Check the cake with a tooth pick if it’s completely done.
  • Make sure that your cake batter is half of the tin because it will rise.
