Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Grease the mould with butter and Keep it aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients sieving it together.
In a mixing bowl, mix 2 beaten egg, 2 finely smashed bananas and butter.
Add the dry ingredients in the wet mixture little by little so that no lumps form.
Now pour the batter in the greased baking pan or mould
Bake it for 15-20 minutes.
Check it if it’s done with a knife or tooth pick, whether it comes up clean when inserting it into the cake.
Let it cool down in a rack and then cut into pieces to serve.
I have sieve a spoon of icing sugar over it and chocolate syrup to give a snowy touch. Sprinkled some chocolate chips too.
Cut and serve
