Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups dry ingredients: maida


  • 1 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 nos wet ingredients:eggs


  • 2 nos full ripen banana


  • 1/2 cups melted butter or vegetable oil

Directions

  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Grease the mould with butter and Keep it aside.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients sieving it together.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix 2 beaten egg, 2 finely smashed bananas and butter.
  • Add the dry ingredients in the wet mixture little by little so that no lumps form.
  • Now pour the batter in the greased baking pan or mould
  • Bake it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Check it if it’s done with a knife or tooth pick, whether it comes up clean when inserting it into the cake.
  • Let it cool down in a rack and then cut into pieces to serve.
  • I have sieve a spoon of icing sugar over it and chocolate syrup to give a snowy touch. Sprinkled some chocolate chips too.
  • Cut and serve
