Ingredients
Serves 4
doosra jeera cookies packet 75 gms
Paneer 50 gms
Salty and roasted moong dal chiwda,already prepared 50 gms
Fresh Bread Slices 3 nos
Choppped Ginger Piece 1 inch
Green Chilies,chopped 2 nos
Roasted Hing Powder 1 pinch
Fresh Coriander Leaves,chopped 2 tsp
Salt or as per taste 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Dahi to make mixture 1/2 cups
Oil for Frying 4 tsp
For Curd Masala,Thick Curd 1 cups
Sugar 2 tsp
Red chilli powder for sprinkle over it 1 tsp
Chat masala for sprinkle over it 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle over it 1 tsp
Green chutney or as per taste 2 tsp
Tamarind sweet and sour chutney or as per taste 3 tsp
Nicely chopped fresh corriender 2 tsp
Bhujiya sev for more taste (optional) 2 tsp
Directions
Take already salted and roasted moong dal in mixer jar and coarsely grind it and transfer in deep bowl
Now take bread slice in mixer jar and also coarsely grind it and transfer in coarsely moong dal bowl
Now take jeera cookies in mixer jar and also coarsly grind it and transfer in moong and bread bowl
Now mashed paneer nicely and also transfer in all coarsaly grind mixture bowl
Now add all masala like chopped ginger, corriender, chilli,hing powder,salt,baking soda,curd and mix well and left this mixture for 30 minutes to set
After 30 minutes again mix it well,heat oil in pan,make one by one flat patties of it and pour in hot oil to fry
Don't touch again and again otherwise patties will start to break
When one side done flip it and cook till crisp and light brown in colour
All patties fry in low to medium flame,when all cook place in a plate
Now take curd,add sugar and whisk well till light consistency
Now take prepared patties in serving plate,pour some creamy curd,sprinkle all masala,and pour green chutney and tamarind chutney over it
Sprinkle fresh corriender and bhuniya sev over it
Now paneer dahi vadas is ready to eat to eat
