Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cups flour


  • 1 cups white sugar


  • 1/3 cups cocoa powder


  • 3/4 tsp baking powder


  • 3/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/2 cups mashed banana


  • 1/2 cups warm water


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract/essence


  • 1/2 cups butter cream frosting,unsalted butter


  • 2 cups icing sugar


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 tbsp cream


  • 1/8 tsp yellow food color (gel color)

Directions

  • Silver the flour, cocoa powder,baking powder , baking soda, salt together. Keep aside. Mix sugar to this as well
  • Whisk the egg, mashed banana, water, milk, oil and vanilla extract together. Fold in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  • Line the muffin tray with cupcake liners. Fill every cup to 3/4 th amount. Bake at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Whisk butter until fluffy. Add the icing sugar and whisk further.
  • Add the vanilla extract and cream, whisk further until piping consistency is achieved.
  • Add the yellow colour and give it a mix. Pour this into a piping bag, pipe the cupcakes.
