Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups maida


  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 2 tbsp rooh afja syrup


  • 1 tsp rose water


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp kaju


  • 1 tsp raisin


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Seive all dry ingredients, keep aside.
  • Mix all liquid ingredients properly.
  • Then mix both.
  • Grease a microwave safe dish and pour the better.
  • Set it in the microwave for 5 minutes on high.
  • Your cake is ready.
  • Cut it into pieces and serve it.
