Chocolate Semolina Bread Cups - With The Unexpected Rise

Ingredients

Serves 12

  • water 1 1/2 cups

  • Instant Yeast 1 tsp

  • Semolina 3 1/4 cups

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Oil 1/4 cups

  • salt 1 1/2 tsp

  • Hershey's Chocolate Syrup packet 1 nos

  • cadbury shots packet 1 nos

Directions

    Take a large mixing bowl pour water in it. Add the yeast, Semolina flour, sugar, oil and salt and stir with plastic rubber spatula just till we get a rough dough.

    Now take out little more than 1/4 dough from it and keep in another bowl and in the remaining dough add Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and Crushed Cadbury Shots and again mix with plastic rubber spatula. Now keep both the dough for 5 minutes as it is wait.

    Now lightly dust counter with Semolina. And first take the white dough on to the counter and kneed it properly till we get smooth, shiny and elastic dough. This process is to be done for 10 to 12 minutes than we will get what we want.

    Transfer the dough to a container greased with oil and cover it with lid. Leave it to rise untill t doubles.

    Repeat step 3 and 4 for the chocolate dough also.

    Grease the cups mould with oil .

    Now again lightly dust the counter with Semolina flour. Take out the white dough and little kneed it

    Repeat step 7 with the Chocolate dough also

    Now take a ball of Chocolate dough and press it down to the end in cups mould than take a white dough ball and press it on the Chocolate dough than again take the Chocolate dough ball and press it on the white one So this will be the 3 layer cup design

    Repeat step 9 with other 11 cups mould

    Now cover the cups with the plastic wrap.

    Leave it until it crowns just above the lines.

    Pre heat microwave on high for 1 minute.

    Place 6 cups together in the microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stay around the microwave to see the magic of rising of it.

    Than after other 6 on same.

    Remove the bread cups from it and let it cool completely on the wire racks.

    Now place 3 cups in a plate pour Chocolate Syrup on it and little butter and top it with tutifuttis do this on all 3 one by one.

    Keep 1 cup cut from middle to show the 3 layers.
