Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1/2 cups tutti frutti


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups softened butter


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 200 ml milkmaid

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree c for 10 minutes.
  • Take a big mixing bowl.add butter.whisk it properly Add beaten egg, vanilla essence, milkmaid and milk into butter.and mix them properly until you will get a smooth consistency.
  • Seive flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.mix them properly.
  • Add tutti Frutti in the flour mixture.fold them properly with flour as all tutti frutti gets coated properly with flour.
  • Make a well in center of the flour mixture.add liquid mixture in it.and mix them properly.stir it until a creamy batter is formed without lumps.
  • Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.tap to remove excess
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Remove from oven.let it be cool and then slice.
