Seive the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Add the oats and mix them well together.
Mash the banana with a fork or you can use a blender. Add sugar and milk, stir and let sugar dissolve. Add vanilla essence and oil and mix.
Add the flour mixture and fold gently to make a smooth batter.
Grease a cake pan. Preheat the oven for 10 mins @180°.
Pour the batter into the greased pan. Garnish with oats and sesame seeds and bake for 30 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean.
Remove from oven, let it cool down completely, demould, cut and serve.
