Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients : Refined Flour 1 1/2 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 1/2 cups

  • Powder Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Bakingsoda 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Wet Ingredients:Milk 1 cups

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 2 tsp

  • Dryfruits 1 cups

Directions

    take a milk add lemon keep aside for 5 minute.

    Add refined flour, powder sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in other mixing bowl.

    Sieve it.

    Now you can see that milk is bubbling add oil in it and mix well.

    Now add vanilla essence and mix it.

    Now at dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly and Beat well mix properly.

    Add half cup of dry fruit in that cake mixture and mix it.

    Now grease the mould with Butter and maida and add half cup of dry fruit on the bottom of the mould.

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Pour the cake mixture grease mould.

  • 11

    Now make it at 180 degree for 40 minutes.
