Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dry ingredients : refined flour


  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder


  • 1 1/2 cups powder sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp bakingsoda


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups wet ingredients:milk


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 cups dryfruits

Directions

  • take a milk add lemon keep aside for 5 minute.
  • Add refined flour, powder sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in other mixing bowl.
  • Sieve it.
  • Now you can see that milk is bubbling add oil in it and mix well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and mix it.
  • Now at dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly and Beat well mix properly.
  • Add half cup of dry fruit in that cake mixture and mix it.
  • Now grease the mould with Butter and maida and add half cup of dry fruit on the bottom of the mould.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the cake mixture grease mould.
  • Now make it at 180 degree for 40 minutes.
