Bananas 4 nos
Wheat Flour 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cups
Cooking Oil 1 cups
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Sliced Almonds 2 tbsp
Take mixing bowl and mash banana
Agg sugar in mashed banana n mix it.
Add oil and vanilla essence mix it well.
Take wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt sift it in mixture n fold till batter done.Add 1 tablespoon almonds in it n mix it
Grease cake tin, pour batter and level with spatula. Gently tap cake tin. Garnish 1 tablespoon almonds on top.
Bake in preheated pressure cooker for 40 to 50minutes.
Check with toothpick if done swithoff the flame and let the cake cool.
Transfer cake into plate n serve with hot cup of tea, coffee or juice.
