  • 10 nos biscuits


  • 3 tbsp melted butter


  • 500 gms cream cheese


  • 250 gms icing sugar


  • 4 nos egg yolks


  • 3 nos eggs


  • 2 tbsp yogurt


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 4 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp lemon rind

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree.
  • Crush Biscuits Mix Melted Butter To Form Like Bread Crumbs.
  • Layer This Mixture In A Baking Tray. Keep In The Fridge For 10 Minutes.Bake In The Oven For 2 Minutes.
  • Using Electric Beater , Beat Cream Cheese With Icing Sugar Till Fluffy. Add Egg Yolks And Egg. Mix Well.
  • Add Yogurt And Cream. Mix Well Finally Add Cornflour And Lemon Rind.
  • Pour This Mixture Over Baked Biscuit Crumbs. Keep This Baking Tray In Another Tray With Water.
  • Then Bake Cake For 30 To 45 Minutes. Serve With Varities Of Berry.
