Pressure cook mutton with little salt and black pepper powder for 15-20 minutes.
Once done, remove the bones and cut the meat into small pieces and keep them aside.
To prepare the masala filling, heat about 2 tbsp oil in pan.
Saute the chopped onions until they turn soft and pink.
Then add the chopped green chilies and saute until the raw smell goes off.
Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.
Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Now add the mutton pieces and mix well.
Then add about 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and garam masala powder and mix.
Cook covered for 2 minutes.
Switch the flame off and allow to cool down completely.
To prepare the cake batter, blend together the all purpose flour, eggs, milk, oil and little salt very well in a blender/mixer jar.
Now grease the pan in which you are going to bake the cake.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Pour half of the batter on the greased pan.
Then add the prepared mutton filling. Spread evenly.
Then cover with the remaining batter.
Place the sliced capsicum, tomatoes and the remaining chopped coriander leaves on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool a bit.
Slice and enjoy!!
