Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Biscuit Trufflesunibic cookies crushed 1 cups

  • Desiccated Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp

  • Condensed Milk 200 gms

  • Desiccated coconut for coating 1 cups

  • Vanilla essence or rum 2 tsp

  • Toasted and crushed walnuts 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a mixing bowl combine biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla essence or rum

  • 02

    To the above add condensed milk gradually and mix gently. You may add toasted and crushed walnuts at this stage

  • 03

    By now the mixture would have come together to form a ball.

  • 04

    Take two teaspoonful of mixture and shape into a ball.

  • 05

    Repeat above step and form small balls for.the entire mixture.

    Coat each ball with desiccated coconut.

  • 07

    Truffles are ready.

  • 08

    Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
