Steam the sweet potato and cook it well.
For the filling
mix well 1 table spoon of mashed sweet potato and powdered pista cookies and nutmeg powder
Preparing the dough for the seashell shaped dumpling- add enough water to rice flour, all pourpose flour to make a smooth dough. Add salt, cumin seeds and knead well to make a smooth dough.
Take a small portion ofthe dough ( small lemon size) and keep the cookies filling inside and make it into the shape of a seashell. Use fork to make the markings.
steam the dumplings until it is done.
for the dip, blend the mango, 2 tablespoon of sweet potato, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper along with the powdered butter cookies. Blend well to get a smooth consistency. sweet potato waa used to get the color of crab shell.
for the sand, powder the remaining butter cookies.
serve with the dip and powdered cookies.
