Ingredients

Serves 5

  • All Purpose Flour 2 cups

  • Butter 100 gms

  • Brown Sugar 1 cups

  • Milkmaid 1 cups

  • Grape Juice 1 cups

  • Mixed dry fruits.(chopped almond,raisin,cashew nuts & tutti frutti) 2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Orange Juice 1 cups

Directions

    Soak the dry fruits in grape juice for an hour

    Mix the butter & brown sugar in a bowl with the help of a hand mixture.Mix it well without any lump.

    Add milkmaid in it.

    Add flour in this mixture & mix it well.Don't mix all the flour at a time.Mix slowly .

    Add nutmeg powder.

    Add cinnamon powder.

    Now squeeze out the juice from the dry fruits & mix it with flour mixture.Mix it well .

    Add 1 cup orange juice.

    Add vanilla essence.

    If the mixture is not so soft then mix milk otherwise not.But don't make the batter too much soft.

    Finally add baking powder & baking soda & blend it well.

    Now take a baking trey ,grease it & put the mixture in it.

    Garnish with almond flakes, tutti frutti & any dry fruits as per your choice.

    Bake it in preheated convection mood oven at 180 degree C for 45 to 50 mins
