Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ground marie biscuit
  • 1 cups ground hide and seed biscuit
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 cups chopped dates
  • 1/2 cups ground coconut
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for sprinkle

Directions

  • Take all the ingredients in food processor except powdered sugar and make soft dough.
  • Take mini bowl keep plastic paper inside the bowl, fill the dough n gently press to give a perfect shape.
  • Transfer cake to a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top of  it.
  • Mini Christmas Pudding is ready to serve
