Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All Purpose Flour 1 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cups

  • Milk Powder 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 230 ml

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Sieve flour and milk powder 3 times.

  • 02

    Take a bowl and add flour, powderd sugar,baking powder and baking soda and mix it well.

    Now add milk powder to the mixture and mix it well again.

  • 04

    Now start adding milk to the mixture avoiding lumps and making a blended paste.

    Once the batter is made add vanilla essence and mix it well. Then add oil to the batter and mix it well again.

    Now Transfer half batter to another bowl and add red color to it and add green color to another half.

    Now Transfer the batters one by one into the dusted and greased mould.

    Transfer the mould into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    Your CHRISTMAS CAKE is ready, enjoy.
