Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 cups veg oil


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 2 nos carrot grated,medium


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 3/4 cups sugar powder


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups raisins

Directions

  • First finely mix flour,sugar,salt and baking powder together
  • Break two eggs in to a mixy jar and beat well..to this add oil ,elachi powder and vanilla essence n beat again till it becomes frothy like
  • Now add this in to the flour mixture n mix well if d mixture become dry pls add a little milk to make it loose..(optional)
  • Nw lastly add the grated carrot n raisins n mix well..
  • Pour some ghee in the cake tin n spread some flour ...Den add the cake mixture into it n make it level
  • Preheat the cooker after put 1cup salt into it.place the cake tin in the cooker n bake for one hour..
  • After one hour check the cake with a toothpick n if dere is no remaining in the toothpick our cake is ready
  • Gas off ..and let the cake cool..after cool cut the cake into pieces
