Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tbsp

  • Baking soda 1 tsp

  • Milk 800 gms

  • Melted Butter 200 gms

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Paan Leaves 2 nos

  • Tutti Frutti 2 tbsp

  • Paan Bahar 1 tsp

  • Paan Candy Powder 6 piece

  • Whipped Cream 300 gms

  • Sweet Rabri 150 gms

  • Gulkand 3 tbsp

  • Green Food Colour 2 drop

  • Mukhwaas 2 tbsp

  • Sweet Saunf 2 tbsp

  • Sweet Paan 2 nos

Directions

    Mix wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda then sieve 3 times.

    Grease the cake mould with butter and wheat flour.

    Now preheat oven for 10 minutes on 180°c.

    In a bowl add milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and sugar beat well.

    Now add flour and mix cut and fold method. Pour the batter in cake mould.

    Now bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

    Let it cool and demould the cake.

    Cut the cake into 4pcs.

    Now grind rabri and gulkand together and keep aside.

    Take whipped cream, add green food colour, paan bahar and paan candy powder mix well.

    Take one pcs of cake and spread the mixture of gulkand rabri on it.

    On another cake piece spread whipped cream you prepared.

    Simultaneously make the other 2 also like this and place one above the other.

    Spread the whipped cream all over the cake from all sides.

    Apply evenly all over and them refrigerate for an hour.

    After an hour remove from refrigerator.

    Garnish it with sweet paan, mukhwaas and sweet saunf.

    Now our shahenshai rabri paan is ready to serve.
