Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 3 nos eggplant small, tops removed but with skin


  • 115 gms hershey's syrup


  • 1 cups honey


  • 6-7 nos walnuts


  • 8 tsp water


  • 1 cups cocoa powder


  • 1/4 cups all purpose flour


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil for greasing


  • 1/2 nos banana


  • 1/2 bowls fresh amul cream

Directions

  • Preheat micro on high for 1 mint
  • Grease micro safe bowl with oil
  • Prick eggplants with a fork and place in the bowl and bake it for 5 mint on high
  • Now eggplant, walnuts, Hershey's syrup, cocoa powder, water, salt, honey, baking powder and banana and little fresh cream to the food processor and blend until the smooth batter is obtained
  • Grease a micro safe bowl with oil and pour this batter into it half and than add crushed walnuts in between again add remaining batter and finally sprinkle crushed walnuts on the top
  • Micro it on high for 15 mint and than cover with micro safe foil and again bake for 5 mint. Can turn the brownie and again bake for 5 mint and check it by inserting toothpick in the middle if it comes out clean than its baked
  • Let it cool and than unmould it and cut into bites
  • Now can serve like this also
  • Now for sizzling red hot the sizzler plate on flame
  • Pour Hershey's chocolate syrup on plate than add fresh cream little mix it up effect than put brownies bites on it again pour Chocolate syrup and fresh cream
  • Yummy tasty sizzling eggplant walnut brownie is ready
