Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, drinking chocolate powder together and keep aside
In a seperate bowl whisk butter and icing sugar for 5 minutes in one direction only
Mix both the batters
Now add chocolate essence and milk in it and whisk well to get a smooth batter
In a cooker keep gol stand and pre heat on full flame
Grease a round shape pan with butter and flour
Pour the batter in the greased pan
Now keep this pan in the cooker and close the lid without whistle and bake it for 25 minutes on slow flame
Use knife to check the cake and if it comes out clean its ready
Now cut the cake in thin slices
Brush sugar syrup on first layer add Ice-Cream on it and put 2nd layer brush sugar syrup on it and again add Ice-Cream repeat this till cake completes
Cover sides also with it
Decore with chocolate
