Sieve maida, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder together and keep aside
Now in a separate bowl whisk butter and icing sugar for 5 minutes in one direction only
Now mix both mixtures
Now add Chocolate essence and milk to it and whisk well to get a smooth batter
Now in cooker keep a gol stand and pre heat on full
Now grease barbie doll cake mould with butter and maida
Now pour the batter into it
Keep this mould in cooker and close the lid and bake for 30 minutes
Check with knife if needs baking keep for more 5 minutes
Its ready! Unmould it
Cut thin slices of the cake and add sugar syrup in between them and whipped cream
Insert the barbie doll in between the cake on top
Adjust the hands and clothes of Barbie
Cover the side of the cake also with cream
Now with coloured cream make desings on it and its ready
