Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp tata soda


  • 3 tsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tsp drinking chocolate powder


  • 2-3 tsp butter


  • 1/2 cups icing sugar


  • 2-3 drop chocolate essence


  • 1/2 cups milk

Directions

  • Wheat flour, baking powder, tata soda, coco powder, drinking chocolate powder sabko mix karke sieve karle
  • In a seperate bowl mix butter and icing sugar and beat for 5 minutes in a one direction
  • Now mix both mixtures
  • Add chocolate essence and milk and whisk it well to get a smooth batter not too tight not too loose
  • In cooker keep a gol stand and pre heat on full
  • Greeze a hexegon shape mould with butter and flour
  • Pour the batter in greesed bowl
  • Keep it in the cooker and close the lid without whistle
  • Bake it for 25 minutes on slow flame
  • For checking insert the knife in mid of the cake if it comes out clean than its ready
  • Now do this same process with same quantity and bake another cake in round shape
  • Now cut the cakes in thin slices
  • Brush sugar syrup and add whipped Cream on every slice one by one by keeping it on each other
  • First hexagon cake than round cake
  • Now cover sides also with cream
  • Decore with cream by adding colours in it and write the name on it if you want
  • And the lovely cake is ready!!
