Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Tata Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Cocoa Powder 3 tsp

  • Drinking Chocolate Powder 2 tsp

  • Butter 2-3 tsp

  • Icing Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Chocolate essence 2-3 drop

  • Milk 1/2 cups

Directions

    Wheat flour, baking powder, tata soda, coco powder, drinking chocolate powder sabko mix karke sieve karle

  • 02

    In a seperate bowl mix butter and icing sugar and beat for 5 minutes in a one direction

    Now mix both mixtures

    Add chocolate essence and milk and whisk it well to get a smooth batter not too tight not too loose

    In cooker keep a gol stand and pre heat on full

  • 06

    Greeze a hexegon shape mould with butter and flour

    Pour the batter in greesed bowl

    Keep it in the cooker and close the lid without whistle

    Bake it for 25 minutes on slow flame

    For checking insert the knife in mid of the cake if it comes out clean than its ready

    Now do this same process with same quantity and bake another cake in round shape

    Now cut the cakes in thin slices

    Brush sugar syrup and add whipped Cream on every slice one by one by keeping it on each other

    First hexagon cake than round cake

    Now cover sides also with cream

  • 16

    Decore with cream by adding colours in it and write the name on it if you want

    And the lovely cake is ready!!
