Preheat cooker layered the base with salt and place a ring .heat up for 10 minutes on slow flam.
Sieve all purpose flour and gramflaur.
Add semolina, Milk powder, Baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
Take a bowl add powder sugar, malai, Butter, venilla extract and mix well till you get smooth batter.
Now add this batter to the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Now add milk and make a smooth batter.
Now pour the batter in grease cake tin.
Now place the tin in preheated cooker cover it with lid and bake for 45 minutes on slow flam.
After 45 minutes switch off the flam and let the cake cool completely.
Now take unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater till stiff peaks.
Now add sugar and venilla extract.
Demould the cake and spread cream on cake.
Now take heavy cream and dark chocolate in a bowl.
Microwave it for 2 minutes.
Now whisk until smooth and glossy.
Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring on the cake.
Start at the centre of the cake and work outward.
Now garnish with gems and make icing flower for decoration.
