Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos unibic fruit and nut biscuts packet


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp sarasaparilla (nannari sarbath) syrup


  • 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

  • Finely grind the biscuts. add eggs to it and blend well in a blender.
  • add the sarbath and melted butter and mix together well.
  • pre heat the oven at 200 deg c
  • Pour the batter into the muffin moulds and bake it for 8 to 10 mins
  • sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
