Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cups

  • Vanilla 1 tbsp

  • Cake Flour 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Chopped Dryfruits ( cashew, raisins) 1 cups

Directions

    First of all preheat your otg at 180 degree

    Now in a bowl add eggs and beat it till you get a fluffy texture.

    Now add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes once again.

    Now add in cake flour and baking powder and mix it well with spatula in clockwise direction.

    Now add in dryfruits and mix well. Now put this mixture in a greased 7 inch tin.

    Now bake it for 30-35 minutes at 180° c.

    Your cake is ready after 35 minutes take it out, cut and serve
