Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 cups powdered sugar


  • 1 tbsp vanilla


  • 1 cups cake flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cups chopped dryfruits ( cashew, raisins)

Directions

  • First of all preheat your otg at 180 degree
  • Now in a bowl add eggs and beat it till you get a fluffy texture.
  • Now add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes once again.
  • Now add in cake flour and baking powder and mix it well with spatula in clockwise direction.
  • Now add in dryfruits and mix well. Now put this mixture in a greased 7 inch tin.
  • Now bake it for 30-35 minutes at 180° c.
  • Your cake is ready after 35 minutes take it out, cut and serve
