Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cups unibic fruit and nuts biscuit crumps


  • 1 cups dry fruits chopped


  • 200 gms ingredients used for grinding using mixer grinder :butter


  • 250 gms paneer


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 nos ripe mangoes ,chopped


  • 300 ml thick cream


  • 1 tbsp gelatin


  • 1/4 cups water

Directions

  • Combine the basic ingredients and press evently into the base of greaseddish.keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Beat paneer cheese sugar, cream and half cupmango pulp
  • Mix gelatin with water and double boil
  • Blend all the ingredients thoroughly
  • Add balance mangoand mix.
  • Pour it over base and refrigerate for another 30 minutes
  • Decorate with cashiew nuts and mango slices.
