Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Monacco Biscuits packet 1 nos

  • Melted Butter 1 tbsp

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cups

  • Cream Cheese,softened 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • chopped garlic 1 tsp

  • Small Shrimps 8-10 nos

  • Chopped yellow capsicum 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Red Capsicum 1/4 cups

  • Mushrooms Quartered 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Dil Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Maggi Masala Powder 3 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes,to garnish 4-5 nos

Directions

    Marinate the shrimps with 2tsp of maggi masala and keep aside

  • 02

    Grease the cheesecake tin and cover it with foil from outside

  • 03

    Blend together butter and biscuits and set the powder in greased tin . Press gently and bake at 180c for 10 minutes. keep aside

    Smoke the capsicum slices on flame

  • 05

    Chop the capsicum and keep aside

    Smoke the prawns and keep aside

    In a nonstick pan put oil and add garlic. Saute

    Now add mushrooms and cook until done

    Keep aside to cool

    In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until softened

    Now add half of sour cream

  • 12

    Break the egg in it and add rest of the ingredients

    Whisk and pour the mixture in the greased tin

    In a bigger vessel pour water till 1 inch height and put the cheesecake tin in it

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 10 minutes

    Now reduce the temperature to 120c and bake for 30 minutes

    Garnish with remaining sour cream, cherry tomatoes and prawns
