Sieve the wheat flour with baking powder, and salt for 5-6 times.
Mix the orange marmalade in hot water and keep aside and use when it is warm.
Beat the eggs for 5 minutes till it double in volume.
Add sugar and beat for another 5 minutes till light and fluffy.
Add Orange zest, marmalade and water mixture and mix well.
Add oil, mix.
Add the flour mixture slowly and mix well until it's properly incorporated. Don't over mix.
Add candied orange segments and mix.
Pour it into a greased baking dish. On the top put rest of the candied oranges.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
