Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cups milk powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 1/2 cups maida


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups water


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1 nos fresh fruits like kiwi apple orange grapes ,each


  • 4 tsp neutral glaze


  • 2 tsp fresh jam strawberry


  • 2 tsp fresh pineapple jam


  • 2 cups whipped cream


  • 2 tsp mango crush

Directions

  • first of all make vanilla cake by making Up remix
  • mix milk powder soda baking powder Maida sugar corn flour and salt
  • in above mixture and one cup water and one fourth Cup oil
  • baked snacks 6 on 180 degree Celsius preheated oven for 25 minutes
  • let this day school for at least 6 to 7 hours
  • after 6 hours cut the cake into two pieces
  • Finely chop half of the fruits and remaining half for decorations
  • Add neutral glaze in chopped fruits 1 spoon
  • Apply glaze on fruits for decorations
  • Now soak one piece of cake in sugar syrup
  • Apply a spoon of each pineapple and strawberry jam over it.
  • Spread the layer of mixed fruit jam
  • spread chopped fruits layer.
  • Keep final piece of cake over it and repeat the same process.
  • Cover the cake with whipped cream
  • Decorate with glazed fruits at centre
  • Add 2 spoons mango crush with 2 spoons water and a spoon of neutral glaze .
  • Drizzle above mixture on edges
  • Decorate with chopped fruits layer on sides at base of cake.
