Maida 200 gms
Butter 1/2 cups
Sugar Powder 100 gms
Condensed Milk 200 gms
Chocolate Powder 50 gms
Coffee Powder 1 tsp
Milk 200 gms
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Put down all the ingredients on the table to prepare the cake batter .
Greese the baking dish to be used to bake the cake.greese it from all the corners with the butter.
Now sprinkle 1 tsp maida in to baking dish and spread it evenly in all the corners making a thin layer.
Take maida to prepare batter .seive it and add salt.baking powder and soda to it.
In a separate bowl make a mixture by whisking butter and sugar 1 direction also add condensed milk and chocolate once the sugar gets dissolved in to the butter .
Keep on pouring the maida mixture in to the batter and whisk it for 2-5 min.(remove all the lumps from the batter).
Whisk the batter in one direction only.Batter to make cake is ready.
While making cake in the cooker .the base of the cooker and the baking dish should not come in contact.
To prevent this,we spread one cup salt at the base of the cooker salt not only prevents the base of the dish to come in contact with each other but also maintaining the temp.inside the cooker.
Keep the cooker on high flame for 2 min.after spreading salt in it to preheat it .Pour the cake batter in to the greased baking dish and place it inside the preheated cooker.
Close the lid of the cooker without putting the whistle .bake it for 4o min. open the lid and test the cake with the fork and knife.if the knife comes out clean.then your cake is completely baked.
Let it cool down for a while and then take it out from the container by separating it from the corners with the help of knife.
